  • X-Axis is the response to the question ‘How satisfied are you about living and/or working in Springfield?’. The scale is: 1 = Very unsatisfied; 0=Neutral; 10 = Very satisfied
  • Y-Axis is the response to the question ‘How do you feel about the overall current direction of Springfield and the changes that are occurring?’. The scale is -5= Very concerned; 0= Neutral; +5 = Very excited
