Steering Committee

This small dedicated group of stakeholders meets on a bi-weekly basis in person and virtually and serve as ambassadors of the project to the Springfield community. Their role includes:

• Helping guide and steer the project
• Providing strategic perspective for development of the overall project plan
• Building trust and engagement among the diverse community stakeholders
• Encouraging local community involvement and helping identify participants
